Where are my notes stored?
The primary note data and daily Markdown files are stored in your private iCloud Drive. You can find the daily Markdown files in Files under “iCloud Drive > Bud Memo.”
Can I use the same notes on another device?
Yes. Notes sync across devices using iCloud Drive when they are signed in to the same Apple Account. If iCloud is temporarily unavailable, you can keep capturing notes; pending changes remain safely on the device and sync when iCloud becomes available again.
Are audio recordings saved?
No. On supported devices, speech is converted to text in Korean, English, or Japanese according to the selected app language. Original audio is neither created as a file nor retained.
How do I delete a note completely?
Move it to Trash from the Library, then delete it permanently. Moving a note to Trash and permanently deleting it are also reflected through iCloud on devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Deleting the app alone does not automatically delete notes stored in iCloud Drive.
